Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls we used buttery savory but you could use the sweet ones as well.
- 8 large eggs
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese for eggs
- 12 slices bacon cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for sliders
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsps butter melted
- Optional: Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a greased 9x13- inch baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until creamy, adding cheddar cheese just before fully cooked.
- Layer scrambled eggs evenly over the slider roll bottoms.
- Add bacon slices, then place shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella as the final layer, then cover with the slider roll tops.
- Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
