Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a greased 9x13- inch baking dish.
Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until creamy, adding cheddar cheese just before fully cooked.
Layer scrambled eggs evenly over the slider roll bottoms.
Add bacon slices, then place shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella as the final layer, then cover with the slider roll tops.
Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and serve warm.
Notes
Keep Covered: Use foil to cover the sliders while baking to prevent them from drying out.
Add Mozzarella: Adding a little extra mozzarella with the sharp cheddar adds some more gooeyness!
Golden Tops: Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes of baking for perfectly golden rolls.
