This refreshing Pineapple Martini is created using basic ingredients such as fresh pineapple juice, vodka, and lime juice. The sweetness of the pineapple juice and the tanginess of the lime juice come together to make a well-balanced cocktail.

It's a beautiful drink to serve at summer parties, garnished with pineapple and maraschino cherries. This Pineapple Agua Fresca is a delicious non-alcoholic option as well!

I never have to panic because I know I will have the simple ingredients I need for this recipe in my bar and pantry! Why You'll Love This Easy Pineapple Martini Cocktail Recipe

    This tropical cocktail is:

    • Easy to make with simple ingredients that you likely have in your bar and pantry.
    • Refreshing and perfectly sweet and tangy.
    • Visually so pretty to serve with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry!

    Ingredient Notes

    Pineapple MArtini Ingredients.
    • Pineapple Juice- I like to use 100% pineapple juice with no sugar added. Real fruit juice is the way to go for the best natural flavors in this drink.
    • Vodka- use your favorite brand. Absolut vodka is a great choice.
    • Freshly squeezed lime juice- bottled lime juice from concentrate is not recommended. It's too tart and acidic. Fresh lime juice is delicious and wonderfully fragrant.
    • Ice- for chilling the cocktail shaker.
    • Fresh Pineapple and Maraschino Cherries- these garnishes will finish the cocktail with colorful pizzazz!  I like cutting pineapple wedges from a fresh whole pineapple for that resort style cocktail feel.

    Expert Tips

    • Using bottled lime juice in this recipe is not recommended as it will result in a drink that is too sour.
    • In case you want a cocktail that is sweeter, you can add simple syrup to your preference and mix it with a bar spoon.
    • If you decide to use a Coupe or Nick & Nora glass instead of a traditional martini glass, you may be able to divide the drink into two portions.

    Variations

If you are going to deviate from a classic cocktail like a martini, it's always good to experiment with a number of flavor combinations. Try some of these exciting suggestions:

    • You can have fun with this vodka martini by playing around with different flavors like vanilla vodka, pineapple vodka, or even coconut vodka! Try this Bikini Martini!
    •  A pineapple upside down martini is another delicious variation where you incorporate vanilla vodka, pineapple chunks, and a splash of grenadine for a pretty ombre effect. Rim the glass with brown sugar and you feel like you're indulging in Pineapple upside down cake!
    • Turn this drink into a sparkling cocktail by adding a splash of sparkling water and omit the vodka for a mocktail!
