    Frequently Asked Questions

How do you keep pancakes warm on a charcuterie board?

Prepare all the hot items for the charcuterie board and keep them warm in a 200-degree oven. Wash, dry, and slice berries and assemble condiments in serving bowls ahead of time. When you are ready to serve add the condiments and berries to the board and the hot items last. You can also reserve some of the hot items in the oven and replenish as needed.

What are good sides for pancakes?

There are so many delicious sides for pancakes! You can never go wrong with bacon, sausages, or hash browns. Scrambled eggs are another delicious option along with Southern classics like fried apples, cheese grits, or home fries! A simple and colorful fruit salad is also a lovely option.

What do you eat on top of pancakes?

There are so many delicious options for topping pancakes like butter, fruit compotes, berries, pure maple syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, caramelized bananas, or apples. Melted peanut butter and chocolate chips are an amazing combination. Caramel sauce, chocolate ganache, and nuts are also decadent considerations.
