Asian Broccoli Slaw Salad
Equipment
- 8 ounce Mason Jar
Ingredients
- 1 batch Roasted Sesame Ginger Dressing
- 12 ounce broccoli slaw
- 7 ounce coleslaw ½ bag
- ½ english cucumber sliced
- chopped parsley for serving
Instructions
- Prepare and refrigerate the Roasted Sesame Ginger Dressing for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Slice cucumbers.
- In a large bowl toss broccoli slaw and coleslaw until combined.
- Add cucumbers to the top. If you are serving family style you can dress the entire bowl with dressing (be sure to shake again before pouring and tossing). Alternatively, side salads can be individually dressed. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!
