This refreshing Watermelon Slushie is the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day! Made with juicy watermelon, strawberries for their bright color and extra flavor, fresh lime juice, and a touch of honey, this icy drink is naturally sweet, hydrating, and easy to blend up in minutes.

2 cups frozen seedless watermelon cubes 1 cup frozen strawberries Juice of 1 lime 1 –2 tablespoons honey to taste ¼ cup cold water plus more if needed Pinch of salt Optional: fresh mint watermelon or lime wedges for garnish
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until thick, smooth, and slushy. Add a splash of extra water if needed to blend.
Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
Pour into glasses and garnish with mint or fruit wedges. Serve immediately.
