Equipment

  • large bowl microwave safe
  • silicone spatula
  • waxed paper
  • Baking Sheet

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Belgian milk chocolate
  • 10 oz Belgian dark chocolate
  • 4 oz Belgian milk chocolate
  • 12 Graham Cracker Squares
  • sprinkles for decorating

Instructions

  • First, line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
  • Then, in a microwave-safe bowl, melt milk and dark chocolate in increments, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip graham crackers in the chocolate with a fork, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl.
  • Place cracker on the prepared cookie sheet. Continue with remaining crackers. If desired, use a fork to add texture to the chocolate.
  • Melt white chocolate in a separate bowl and transfer the white chocolate and the extra dipping chocolate into piping bags.
  • Drizzle chocolate onto dipped crackers. Add sprinkles if desired. Set in the freezer for 10 minutes or the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Notes

  • For best results, use high-quality Belgian chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the final product will taste.
  • When melting the chocolate, be sure to do it in 20-second increments and stir in between to avoid burning the chocolate.
  • If the chocolate starts to thicken while you're dipping the graham crackers, simply microwave it for a few seconds to thin it out again.
  • To make the drizzling process easier, you can use a plastic bag with a small hole cut in one corner instead of a piping bag.
  • If you don't have access to a freezer, you can also let the chocolate-covered graham crackers set in the refrigerator for a longer period of time.
