  • Air Fryer
  • tongs

  • 12 fresh breakfast sausage links * SEE NOTES BELOW REGARDING MAPLE SAUSAGES!

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Place sausages on heated air fryer tray leaving room between sausages for air circulation.
  • Cook sausages for 5 minutes.
  • Flip sausages with tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until and instant read thermometer registers an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • Leave room between your sausages for air circulation.
  • Don't forget to turn your sausages with tongs or shake the air fryer basket to ensure you get even browning.
  • If you need more than 10-12 sausages cook them in batches. You can keep the first batch warm in a 200 degrees oven while you cook the next batch.
  • Test sausages with an instant-read thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
  • Remove the sausages from the air fryer immediately after cooking to prevent them from drying out!
  • If you use maple sausage links you may want to lower the temperature to 380 or 390 degrees and check on them at the 8-minute mark. The sugars in these sausages can cause the outside to burn so turning or shaking your air fryer basket is important.
