- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white truffle oil you can use black truffle oil for bolder flavor.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh squeezed
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
- salt and black pepper to taste
Add the mayonnaise to a mixing bowl.
Next, add the dijon mustard, truffle oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the bowl.
Whisk or stir to combine. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until serving time.
